Cannondale Mountain Bikes – Why I Fell in Love

I've lived most of my life using a road bike. I always thought that mountain bikes were too clunky looking. It's true that mountain bikes are inefficient to use on the road. It's a good idea to use a road bike for your daily commutes.

But, one day I just happened to be using my friend's mountain bike because I needed to get somewhere by way of mountain roads. It was the most fun I had ever had. I didn't realize how much fun mountain bikes can be. My friend had a Cannondale. These are nice bikes. So, the next day I went to the store to look at their Cannondale mountain bikes. Now I'm back to tell you about they differ from each other.

All Price Ranges

Cannondale makes bikes for everyone's price range. Whether you want to spend a couple hundred on a bike, or ten thousand, Cannondale will have you covered. I didn't buy the ten thousand dollar bike. I think that is an absurd amount of money to spend on a bike. I mean, if you are going to spend that much you might as well get a car. Still, there are people out there who love their ten thousand dollar bikes. If I had to guess, I'd say that Cannondale probably would be a good choice for them.

Cannondale F8

I looked at the cheaper bikes. First I looked at the F8. This is one of Cannondale's cheaper bikes. It's priced at about four hundred dollars. This is a pretty reasonable price. It's not made out of the fancy material that some of the more expensive bikes are. Still, it looks pretty well made. It didn't look like it was going to fall apart.

I decided I wanted something that was a little better. I had been saving up my money, and decided I could afford to spend up to a thousand on a bike. Well, when I told the guy at the store that, he brought me to a different section. We looked at some nicer Cannondale mountain bikes.

Cannondale RZ

I ended up getting hooked on the RZ. It was a little out of my price range at fifteen hundred, but it was such a good looking bike. I didn't want something that didn't look good. I wanted something that I knew wouldn't fall apart. The guy at the store assured me that this was a bike that wouldn't fall apart.

He let me try the bike out. It handled very well. That is what I was impressed about. I wanted to try it out on some mountain roads, but there weren't any of those in the parking lot. After I did a couple bunny hops he asked for the bike back. I think I'll probably get that one.

The Way to Go
